Chris Hastings, chef and co-owner of Birmingham’s Hot and Hot Fish Club, was featured on the TODAY Show last week. Hastings prepared his signature “Hot and Hot Tomato Salad” and his “Shrimp, Clam & Chorizo Bouillabaisse” with fresh Alabama Gulf Coast seafood.
